My Story

After having a stroke aged 32 in 2002 and rehabilitating myself over the following two years, I wanted to help others regain their lives back as I did.
I now run the DestinationFit rehabilitation and fitness facility in Weybridge, Surrey.
I am a qualified ARNI rehab therapist specialising in the rehabilitation of neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinsons, multiple sclerosis and brain injuries and I am a qualified Level 4 Personal Trainer and Sports Masseuse.
I see clients both at their homes or at our rehab studio in Weybridge.
I completely understand how clients with neurological issues feel and the difficulties they can face. I am absolutely committed about helping others overcome their own physical and psychological challenges.
I have helped many people regain their mobility, function and quality of life and am passionate about continuing to do so.
